On Monday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted two Palestinians, including a teenage boy, in Bethlehem and Nablus, in the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers invaded Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, and abducted Khalil Kifah Thawabta, 16, while walking near the town’s western entrance.
The soldiers abducted Yazan Abdul-Karim Daraghma, 22, from the al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Eyewitnesses said the soldiers stationed at the military roadblock at the village’s main entrance stopped a Palestinian car, cuffed and detained Daraghma for two hours before moving him to an interrogation facility.
The soldiers also stopped and searched many cars and interrogated the Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
